Return Policy
At TheOutlier, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must follow the guidelines below:
- Feel free to reach out to our customer service representatives within 48 hours of delivery using @Theoutlier.in on Instagram, contactus@theoutlier.in on mail, or 8851960764 on WhatsApp.
- Ensure that the items are intact with all labels and tags.
- Ensure that the items are in perfect condition, as they were when we shipped them.
- Items should be returned in the same packaging material that they were sent in, along with their original invoice.
- Ensure that the original condition, tags, labels, and packaging are preserved when trying on a product.
A product may only be exchanged with another size of the same item. No additional charges will be applied to your doorstep pickup. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.
Returns will take 8-12 days to reach our warehouse after they have been placed. Quality checks will be conducted once the items arrive. Following a successful quality check, a refund will be issued. Refunds/Bank Transfers are only valid for pre-paid orders/online payments made on our website.
For COD orders, the voucher code will be delivered to the registered email address/contact number within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the return. Payments made using the COD option will receive a voucher code corresponding to the value of your order, which can be used within 4 months of the voucher code being issued.
Note - The return and exchange policy shall not apply to products valued below 2000 rupees.
